Please join members of the Dutchess County Interfaith Council on Sunday, September 29th at 2PM for a walking meditation at the Palpung Thubten Choling Monastery at 245 Sheafe Road, Wappingers Falls. We will start in the meditation room of the monastery with a beautiful instruction from the great Vietnamese master, Thich Nhat Hanh, in which he suggests that as we walk, we think of each step as a kiss of peace for the earth. After the meditation, we will follow the walking path that leads to the stupa.
In the event of rain, we will walk inside the meditation room.
